Guest guest Posted March 5, 2004 Report Share Posted March 5, 2004 Deanna, I truely understand your frustration, I moderate another group and sometimes you feel as though english is an alien language to some people. It does get to the point where you just want to type one word at a time and hope it gets across then. Yes we are all sick, and we need to keep the stress in our lives to a minium, but that means you too. You need to do what is right for your health too. Maybe a solution is since 99% of the moderators are out sick some of the older (been here longer) members could step up and volunteer to be temporary moderators until the regular ones start coming back in? Maybe another solution could be to have rotating moderators, have them be moderators for say 2 months then rotate down to the next ones. Just so that no one moderator has to take it all on themselves with no end in sight. You have made a wonderful group that people do look forward to, you didn't fail. You have done everything possible to make it confortable for everyone on a large scale. You have argued with people being stubborn about seeking medical attention, now it's your turn.
