Guest guest
Cellulose is okay. It can't be digested by humans. Bill dreamerofluna wrote: > > Are suppliments containing cellulose allowed while on the diet? > > > > > >
Guest guest
Some kids are sensitive to it and if you see seizures, I would try to eliminate it. At Hopkins, they said no " ose " additives allowed.
Guest guest
Hi! We just initiated at Hopkins in October and Jane told us that cellulose and sucralose are ok b/c they are not changed into sugar by our bodies. Avoid the following: dextrose, fructose, manitol, galactose, glucose, and sorbitol. OOH! Also: lactose, maltose, flour, sucrose, zylose, startch, dextrin, maltodextrin, and syrup.
