Stefanie - melatonin/ early menses?

This below is from another old post I had saved from De Ette about

melatonin, so it looks like this was one of her concerns too. I have

checked, and don't seem to have any replies back about it saved though, so

I'm not sure what happened after this - it was from back in 2001,
