Dear Stefanie - Are there any guidelines on " how much " melatonin is safe to give

a child? I had tried 1mg with my daughter, pre-keto, and it had no effect.

That is the dose the neuro prescribed. Does it, at any point, get toxic?

Thanks, , mumma to dear , age 5

purchase our

melatonin. I get it from GNC. It comes in 1mg pills

and 3mg pills. We started at 1 mg but I still bought

the 3mg and just split it to save money. Now, he is

on 2 3mg pills.
