,

I just thought of something. I sometimes

watch court TV like Judge Judy. I have seen many times that when a business

takes something of yours it is their responsibility to take care of it. I

think you can take the shop to small claims court!!!

I too am pissed that your items were stolen! I would love to get

my hands around the thiefs that stole your things. I'm so tired of this

world being full of people that are to damn lazy to get a real job! Check

your homeowner/renter policy as most have a clause that covers a certain dollar

amount of off premises property. You will have to pay

Cheryl ..

I already thought about it and asked my lawyer about it. He has been

quite successful in getting me " fixed up " with other legal stuff ..

but he said that unless the dealership wants to " donate " a wheelchair

to keep me as a customer, I have no legal regress to " make " them

reimburse me. They have their own butts covered.

Plus .. if I lost in court, I would end up having to pay court costs..

just not worth it ..

something will turn up ..

I am just so " over this " ..

the little man gets screwed again.

shrugs..
