Hi guys:

Is there a file about supplements on the web? Zaki is taking bugs bunny

complete sugar free and calcium carbonate. I have heard a couple of times that

the calcium carbonate is not good, and I know I want to increase his magnesium

for sure (help with stools) He is 18 months so I would like to know what is best

for him - I have heard all about the CalMagZinc form whole life - I would have

to crush and put in with the food/cream so how does it taste? Thanks for any

help extended.

Wholelife is a liquid. It tastes chalky to me, but I imagine that it

tastes different for different people.

I am in NZ , so any of the supplements I use with are usually

diff to those elsewhere.

We don't get the Whole life cal/mag here, I use a Thorne brand of capsules

that contain a 1:1 ratio of magnesium and calcium citrate-malate. We don't get

Bugs Bunny multi vitamins here either, but from what I've read on here, it is

not actually one most of the parents recommend - does it perhaps contain

aspartame? Something like that?

is 8 and has been swallowing pills since he was 4, so the taste of the

supplements has never been an issue here - so that's one thing we haven't had to

worry about...makes a nice change :)
