Many AED's can cause osteoporosis. Yes, some forms of calcium are more

easily absorbed. I think you also have to take, maybe Zinc, with it? We

are off meds for that reason(among others) and use Cal-Mag-Zinc III from

Wholelife. I also like Brazil nuts for nutrients.

I saw a big poster in the doctor's office about osteoporosis and AED's

were on the list of causes.

I certainly calculate brazil nuts into the diet. Each one is about 3.0

grams. I give about 3 per day. I use the ones that are sliced up. I use

3 brazil nuts, 9.0 grams, 6.0 gm fat, 1.4 gm prot, 1.2 gm carb. If you

get the whole ones, you can hammer them into pieces.

Thanks for the picture of the whole undigested macadamia nuts!
