I've had them for a while, but they are becoming bigger and more painful. They're not very far up my nostrils, and they don't show, but they really hurt. Guest guest Posted March 4, 2004 Report Share Posted March 4, 2004 -Hi , yes I too have had luck with the Desitan, I wouldn't cram it up your nose, but as long as the sore is not way up there, it ought to do the trick. I usually use a saline nasal spray first to clean it before I use the cream.
