Guest guest
I am so tired of giving her keto yogurt for breakfast that now I can experiment with these pancake/omellettes for a change. A nice break. I was doing custards, but they take too much baking time in the morning, and I like to get everyone fed and our day begun... frypan stuff will work. Thanks, . . allan banks aaacbanksy@...> wrote: hi brenda, here's my recipe, the more the better i say - then you can choose. heat oil in pan / measure egg in a cup/ add half measured cream and whip up with a fork / pour in pan and fry until just brown / place on plate, top with cream and fruit of choice / i use strawberries sliced as they are one of the lowest fruits in carbs. matthew loves this and it is so easy but if mary is used to sweeteners, you may want to add some to the cream. happy cooking! andrea. --- wrote: > > Dear > > On that breakfast pancake, do you put butter and > flavoring on top as a syrup, or just serve it as it > comes out of the pan, like an omellette? Guest guest
Just a quick thought, we try to think out of the box for breakfast, our son loves shrimp, turkey, and ham, so we offer all types of foods for breakfast for him, not just traditional breakfast foods. Of course it helps that he loves bacon, eggs and sausage, but we try to provide something different each day so he won't get too sick of things. Then we offer the cream shake mixed with oil, cherry kool aid and fruit2o (can be freezed as ice cream). He picks out the food coloring that he wants to color it with. Just a thought! ~ & (6.5 yrs, ketokid for 3 months) Re: brenda, pancake I am so tired of giving her keto yogurt for breakfast that now I can experiment with these pancake/omellettes for a change.
