Guest guest
Not up on oils at all, but I do vaguely remember a thread on here quite a while ago about borage oil - that it may have aggravated seizures in a few kiddies, including maybe in Katera - Patti's daughter? Or was that another oil with her, ugh, can't remember, but anyways, that is the ingredient that stood out for me as a poss one to be watched. I have just been talking to Jenn (Mike's Mom) on MSN and asked her if she could remember the thread, and she did a google search just now which did give a lot of warnings. One of them was - 'individuals with epilepsy may be more likely to experience seizures if they take borage oil'. So I'd def use anything that contains it with caution, no personal experience with it here though. PS - Carb content wise/keto friendly etc, not sure... fish oil - ingredients Hi everyone- Quick question - am thinking of supplementing w/this Nordic ProEFA as everything looks natural but is there anything in these gel capsules that look suspicious??
