We are using Nordic Naturals Pro EFA (available online only) or NN Complete Omega (available at Debra's in Concord or Whole Foods). We use the lemon-flavored liquid (mixed with milk or juice) but it is also available in capsule to squeeze out. We use just the dosage on the bottle.
