Guest guest
Thanks, Leigh. I was thinking that would be Hopkins' response because it goes along with what the book says about fluids being clear and non-caloric. But, then I didn't get why it says cream " may " be excluded in hot climates. It seemed to me that left some room for including it in certain circumstances. Before we began, I had no idea how " individual " this diet could be nor how so many keto centers do things so differently. We did just what you are doing--meals and fluids separately--until we were able to ignore the fluid restriction all together. Cammie > We initiated at JH and unless I am way off target, our dietician said NOT to count cream as fluid intake. in fact, she ran our meal plans for us and cream is included and the meals are all balanced calorically and by his ratio. Fluids are separated - gets 1000 mls a day. > Leigh > > Sign up for Internet Service under $10 dollars a month, at https://signup.mybluelight.com
