starting tommorrow at home HAVE QUESTIONS

Hey friends,

I have a few questions. We got diet formula from his dietician

in Chicago which is 4 hours away and we have a neuro here who has done the

diet and given us the ok but we have little support. We are starting at home

tommorrow and I'm wondering if I should fast him at all. Since we're starting

at home and he's already on the Atkins and his ketones are large, what do

you think?

Today, he has had head drop seizures and I just gave him diastat. His

clusters this am were in the number of 60+. I bet he's had almost 100. So

hard

to watch my little guy go through this again. Breaks my heart and I'm just so

scared of the what if's-he gets sick and has to go to the hospital, he gets

worse or his seizures don't go away. Then what? Short of the VNS and Corpus

Collosum, we've done everything and the only thing that worked was the diet.

Anyways, what do you think about fasting??
