Here's the info I have, though I can't promise it's up to date:

CalMagZinc I & II contain Calcium, Mag, Phosphorus, Zinc, Vit. D, and Potassium.

CalMagZinc I is sweetened with Sorbitol (<100mg carb per serving).

CalMagZinc III has all of the above (minus the sorbitol), but adds Vit. A, Vit.

C, Iron, Vit. E, Vit. B1, B2, B6, B12, Pantothenic Acid, Biotin, Chromium, Folic

Acid, and Selenium.

Cal/Mag/Zinc II or III?

I just received my first order of Cal/Mag/Zinc II from Whole Life. I

noticed that they also sell Cal/Mag/Zinc III. Does anyone know what

the difference is?

web: http://wholelife.tripod.com (very poor site, but you get 30% off most

vitamin purchases by mentioning it. However, this discount does not apply to

the CalMagZinc)

You should check with your local drug store to see if they'll stock this. That

way you can avoid the shipping fees. Our dietician got a couple of local drug

stores to carry it, then directs all of her keto families to those stores.

Works well for everyone.
