Last evening after setting myself off into a paranoid state that my boyfriend is cheating on me because he didn't answer his cell phone. I ate horrible foods. Chips, cheetos and cnady. AGH! I stepped on the scale this morning (I am a scale junkie) and thank goodness I didn't gain any weight. So today I am going to focus on doing better.
