Guest guest
Yum yum!!! I love chili!!! You know what is great about chili...it only takes a small bowl to really fill you up!!! We went for a drive last weekend and before we knew it we had been gone for awhile and the kids were starving. Best we could find was a 's..and Mc D's. So we opted for wendy's figured I could have a salad. Well I seen the chili on the 99 cent menu and thought what the heck. It's 99 cents how big can it be. SO hubby ends up getting me the bigger one lol. I could only eat half of it. Man was it filling come dinner time after we got home I wasn't even hungry and ended up having just a half a turkey sandwich just because I knew I had to eat something. Love that chili!!!! Guest guest
I don't recall specifics, but that 's chili was a good choice, much healthier than you'd expect. Guest guest
Hey buds, I was really hoping to get on more yesterday and make some headway through all the old e-mail but as I mentioned we are having one of these weird wind storms. Winds that come from the North, not normal. In fact they say this is one of the 3rd worst ever in recorded history! We have had winds 70-90 mph and it wreaks havoc. A train derailed yesterday because of it and backed up rush hour traffic for ours. We ordered a load of wood and the guy got stuck in it and was over 3 hours later than he said he would be. We live back in a little valley and it's really weird but we don't get the same back here. Hardly blowing at all but just down the road 3.5 mi it is and causes our power to keep fading so I shut the computer down yesterday. I will be gone today. Bowling this morning then chiropractor and stuff after that. You all have a good one! Get that water. Get some exercise and step away from the food! :-) I did ok yesterday. Actually did my 10 min on the tread. Well actually did 12! :-) So fellow treadmillers, who else did the minimum 10? I did better on water then the previous days too. Still not great but better. Some days lately I haven't even gotten 2 of the 20 0z bottles in but yesterday I had 3 and a bit more, yeah! Well gotta get ready to go bowling. We'll see how I do since I have only bowled twice in 3 weeks. Had the flu first, then we didn't have Wed morning because of the holidays, oh and one time it had been snowing all day on a Fri so I'll be a bit rusty today. Hey maybe that will make me do good?! LOL Anyway, have a good one! We can do this!!! Gena 284/222/200/160s
