WOW am I sore!

Yesterday I did some of my new videos and one of which was a 15 min

toning. Since it was the first time I did it I wasn't really putting

my all into it just trying to keep up. So last night I watched all

the videos I planned on doing this morning. Did The Motown one again

and both 15 min toning workouts and my goodness am I sore already.

My legs and butt are the worst. Let me tell ya if you want a good

butt and leg workout check out some of Tamilee Web's I want that

Body series. Killer on the glutes!
