Pesach Crumbs!!

Ok...I'm a little late...hehe Passover was what--in April!?Oldest wanted chicken soup. I suggested Chicken and Rice!! I NEVER make chicken soup, but he felt lousy so I agreed.Youngest was peering in the pot and said....wish we could haveMatza ball soup! BIG light bulb went off and I dug on of my 10 boxes of Pesach crumbs out of the back of my pantry. Manoh man are these good!! They don't taste EXACTLY like matzaballs, but they're really close in texture! I'm really glad theboys have decided they like chicken soup and that I've discovereda great alternative to matza balls. Sooooooo, next April when all the Passover stuff comes out, Ihighly recommend Pesach Crumbs!!! As a matter of fact, the mother in law will probably make Matza Ball soup for our RoshHashana dinner and I may ask to make the balls myself!! Eitherthat or skip it all together.kathi

Fran--That's what it's called. Pesach Crumbs. Made by Paskesz. It's Non-Gebroks,Kosher Parve for Passover. Ingredients are Potato Starch, eggs, shortening.Supposedly it's a pretty new product. Honestly, I've only seen it at Passover,

but I really haven't looked for it at other times either. I think here in Houston, the stores only order at Passover. They're probably a bit cheaper than GFMatza Meal from England too! ; ) Ask your store to get some for passover

next year. They order like maybe a month before.kathi
