I give my son one teaspoon (3000 mg) of phosphatidylcholine (marketed as

Phosphaline) by the Xymogen company --800-647-6100. It's very expensive, but it

is 100% pure. Hope this helps.

Which one are you using and what dosage?

I would love to try that with my son. Thanks

We are currently in " ramp back up " stage - due to a supplement vacation

for complete blood/urine/stool panel. I have my son on only 1 capsule

per day (1200mg). Brand is Country Life. I'm considering changing to a

mixed supplement that includes phosphatidyl choline - like Jarrow

I didn't realize you were waiting on Xymogen's formula. I have seen tremendous

progress in my son, but I started him on choline and omega's simultaneously, so

it is difficult for me to discern which is working. My gut feeling is that the

Omegas have played a larger role in my son's progress, especially since he

previously showed several symptoms of Omega deficiency (excess thirst, pimples

on skin, excessive ear wax, bad hair, etc). My son is doing so well, however,

that I don't want to discount or discontinue either at this point. I too am

waiting for a shipment (Xymogen said they expected more in stock around 11/28).

I am all out after today. I will let you know if I see any changes or

regression in the interim.
