Guest guest
I use to give NN (Nordic Naturals) Complete Omega (been awhile), but I could only find Complete Omega 3/6/9 at the health food store. Is Complete Omega 3/6/9 adequate - have the right combination? How does this compare to ProEFA that others mention? Sorry - I just don't understand the differences and want to make sure I'm giving the best/most recommended. Guest guest
It is exactly the same formulation. They are totally interchangeable. ProEFA is the professional line and Complete Omega 3-6-9 is the retail product.
