Guest guest
out of my desperation for "convenience food" I grabbed one of the sausage muffins and popped it in the nuker for 45 seconds. OMG it was SO GOOD! Hahahahahahahaha I simply can NOT believe this is the same thing I disliked yesterday! LoL LOL! That is toooo funny. Looks like I'm going to have to get to the store to buy some sausage and eggs today..... ; ) ------------------------ mary (200)190 (size 16)/159 (size 8)/140 (size 6) BMI =22.85 7/7/

I've made these and I don't like em too much. It's not the egg, but perhaps the high egg content and soy. I ate a couple, then stowed the rest in the freezer. I think they are still in there. In baked goods, I prefer things with less egg. (I love the almond cookies that Candace posted! No eggs at all!) The thing is I like quiche. But otherwise I don't like eggs too much. And the muffins were just a little eggy for me. Dana

Guest guest
I know what you mean...if you don't care for some ingredient, then whatever you make will not be satisfying. I have an awsome cookie recipe that I made last year using Almond flour and Bigelow Constant Comment Tea as a flavoring. If I can find the recipe I will post it...it is kind of a buttery shortbread cookie with a spice taste. Guest guest
I didn't have sausage, but I used ground beef. I threw in a little garlic and basil. They were great. I made little sandwiches out of them with provolone cheese to take to work with me. I, also, didn't have the bake mix, so I used 1/4 cup of soy flour. They tasted great, both cold and warm from the oven. Di in CA > Okay, that does it. I'm going to make these today.
