Fitness Journal

In effort to help my fitness goals I have purchased a really

gorgeous cat engagement calendar for 2004--I will record my workouts

and any cardio exercise I get so I can track my progress for the

year. I'm also going to try to write down anything that happens

that makes me not feel like exercising so I can figure out what my

lame excuses are and work on them! I always feel more organized

when I write stuff down so I hope this will help me.

What is your biggest challenge as far as getting motivated?

That's a great idea Annie! Especiallyt he part about trying to track

down what might be causing you to not exercise. I think that's great!

I am like that too Annie... maybe I will check out the calendars this week at

the local book store. I seem to work better when I write things down, I feel

much more organized.

Thats a good idea. I have a big one on my wall too. It makes me

proud to see all the days I have exercised!!!
