Guest guest Posted June 20, 2002 Report Share Posted June 20, 2002 I tried to talk my stylist into cutting my mid-back length curly hair before surgery but she refused. She said " let's wait and see what the surgeon leaves us. " Well, thank goodness I listened to her!! All that wonderful hair NEVER interfered with the surgeon, the nurses, nor I post surgically. The only incision / scar that bothered me was the 8 inch surgical site on my right thigh but as time goes by it has become less noticeable. This is just one 'girl's' experience Good luck!!
