Lol - took me a while to find out too, not quite 5 yrs though

LOL - Ok, this is one way of getting there if you don't already have it marked

as a favourite - type in yahoogroups.com in your browser thingie and it will

have a space there at the yahoo page that comes up to type in 'ketogenic' as the

search word.

This group here will come up (as will some others), this is the one with 500

and something members, so pretty easy to get the right one.

This keto group home page will then appear with a table down the left hand

side saying messages, files, members, photos, etc. Click on the photos one and

it will take you there, about 20 something pics of various kiddies there at the

mo I think?

At some point you may be asked to sign into yahoo (the keto group is one where

archived messages are public, but not sure if you can go into the files etc

wihtout using a password) and that is where you type in your yahoo username and

password. You must have had one to join this group at some point. If you don't,

or can't remember it, there is an option there to click on, it says -

'forgotten your password? or something like that....and if you click this, they

will send you a new one to your inbox, so that you can get in and access it all.
