Guest guest
Satnam, After I sent that message, I re-read your post and saw that you had mentioned the wean to 2.5 and the dietician. Sorry! My mind is scattered these days. Thanks so much for your kind words. The docs think the whole thing was brought on by some virus that caused the sudden high fever. They thought it was roseola, but Langan never got the rash that comes with it. But apparently there are others that can cause the fever spike. We have been spoiled b/c Langan has never had a fever before, so this was unexpected and we were not prepared. The poor child will probably spend the next year or two with a thermometer in her butt now (LOL), since her mom is a bit paranoid that this will happen again. It always seems like the bottom drops out just when we start getting too comfortable. I don't know why it happens to these sweet little ones. I am just so happy that Langan will have no memory of the whole thing. Now if only I could erase mine.... Hugs to Kristan. I hope the dietician gets you those menus soon. Is Kristan on meds now? Are you going to put her on any? I'll be thinking of you guys and praying for a peaceful and successful wean! > > > > > > Hi , I've been thinking of you guys.
