Guest guest
posted something about a study done where the Vitamin E and C kind of cancelled each other out or something? The search doesn't seem to be working now. I kept meaning to look into that because it seems like vitamin C is so important too, especially for the immune system in the winter. If anyone has more info on this, please share! Such as if you took them several hours apart? Thanks! Guest guest
Hi Crystal: I remembered talk about vitamin C helping and went back and found this message that wrote. Hope it helps you Tina I have also found that adding additional 250 mg/day of vitamin C is in fact having some benefit too...but changes are much more subtle these days since we've come so fare. Vitamin C helps in the recycling of vitamin E, so it makes sense theoretically. - > > > > I knocked on wood as I typed about my son's progress with his sensory > > issues on vitamin e, but I guess I should have knocked harder. Guest guest
Thanks. I freaked out so I stopped the Carnitine and C a few days ago and have already seen results. I will try adding it back in with extra E. I actually gave an extra dose of oil/E last night to try to get him back on track and it is already helping. In addition to the sensory issues returning, he also lost some of his communication abilities. Really scary. After starting E, he learned to answer yes and no to questions relating to his needs (not feelings or concepts yet). Suddenly, he could not answer yes or no anymore! It made me sick to my stomach. Today after work I the first thing I did was ask him a question. " Isaac, do you want a cookie? " " Des " he said with a nod. Thank God. It is back again. It really is unbelievable how all of these things can have such a great effect on their abilities. _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of claudia.morris Sent: Monday, November 27, 2006 9:55 PM Subject: [ ] Re: Sensory issues are returning... > > > > I knocked on wood as I typed about my son's progress with his sensory > > issues on vitamin e, but I guess I should have knocked harder.
