, as per your request, here are my son's (3 years, 4.5 months,

suspected apraxia) blood and urine sample results. We've got another

low-carnitine/high Gliadin IgG kid in the mix. At the time of the blood

draw he had been on 200 IU alpha/200 mg gamma once per day for 16 days

and 2 ProEFA Jr per day (for about 3 weeks). I know I'm being

ultra-conservative. The results on just 200IUs have been astounding.

His sensory issues have all but disappeared. They certainly do not

interfere with his life any longer. I'm only listing the exceedances

(highlighted) or low/high normal and a few other normals:

Serum Amino Acids: Asparagine = 138 nmol/ml (normal is 23-112)

All other Serum Amino Acids were within normal range.

Lead: 2.2ug/dl

Complete Metabolic Panel:

Chloride = 105 nmol/L (normal=96-109)

Glucose = 99 mg/dl (normal=65-110)

BUN/CREAT Ratio = 35.2 (normal=7-25 no units specified)

Calcium = 9.9 mg/dl (normal=8.7-9.8)

Albumin = 4.5 g/dl (normal=3.4-4.2)

Total Protein = 6.9 g/dl (normal=5.9-7.0)

A/G Ratio = 1.8 (normal=1.1-1.8 no units specified)

Total Carnitine = 36umol/L (normal=33-87)

Free Carnitine = 34 umol/L (normal=28-71)

Ester Carnitine = <3 umol/L (normal=4-16)

Acylcarnitine Panel (Plasma):

Each component is in the normal range but they are all very low normal.

If you wish to see the whole list (it's lengthy), please let me know.

Celiac Panel:

Reticulin IgA = 1:10 titer (normal=<1:10 titer)

Gliadin IgG = 12.1 U/mL (normal=<10.0)

Gliadin IgA = <1.2 U/mL (normal=<5)

Free Fatty Acids = .44mEq/L (normal=.07-.8)

Fat Soluble Vitamins:

Vit A = 52 ug/dL (normal=18-106)

Vit D (25-hydroxy)=34 ng/mL (normal=10-60)

Vit D (1,25-dihydroxy) = 61.3 pg/mL (normal=25.1-66.1)

Vit E (alpha) = 24.7mg/L (normal=2.4-20)

Vit E (gamma) = 3.4 mg/L (normal=4.7)

Vit K1 = .47ng/mL (normal=.15-3.5)

Please let me know if you need anything else to help you with your

tracking. Thank you so much for doing what you do. You've changed

lives and brought hope to so many!
