Thanks so much, Candace, for posting the recipes to the recipe folder!!!

With all your great recipes this week I made the chicken in tin foil pocket

(can't remember the right name, sorry) and then addictive wings. Both were

great! I'm going to use that spiced-up parmesan cheese as a coating for

regular boneless chicken breasts again soon it was so good! I'm looking

forward to making (cheese stuffed) burger-dogs, lasagne loaf and cheese

" biscuits " (the ones with the sour cream added) over the next week or so.

Thanks for the recipes AND for posting them to the recipe folder for us!

so. I will also go back though all I have posted and add those in a large

folder for everyone also.

I hope everyone is doing good. I just wanted to know if everyone who

is doing the exercise treadmill challenge is sticking with it. so far

i am happy to report that at least in that area i am doing good.

other areas i need to work on. i have been on my tread sunday,

monday, tuesday and today wednesday - 45 mins each day. it's very

hard but i am happy to say that i am doing it. nw if i could just get

my eating back under control it would be great. i do really well

while i am at work. i pack lunch and snacks and am not really hungry

but when i get home watch out. i attack anyone and anything. i

usually leave the house at 7:20 in the morning and get home about

6:30-7-30 pm. even though we don't have any junk food in the house

lately i have been eating whatever i can find. last night i ate 1/3

of a bag of choc. chips. i have to get that back under control.

anyhow i am working on that. hope you are all okay.
