Guest guest
Right now sweetie, it's like spring time here all ready. This weekend is supposed to be in the upper 50's and, I am so looking forward to it. All my tulips, daffodils and, crocus's are popping their little heads up all ready. I just hope March does come in like a lion so we can have a early spring. I can't remember the year but we had one heck of a snow storm on April 1st one time. Jeesh I hope not. Well, at least, I did get the load of gravel for my long driveway dumped and, spread. I have a concreted driveway but, to get to my garage, I have to go through a small alley. That is what I had to have graveled. Any way, if I feel up to it tomorrow, I might drive down to the farm and, see my Mom in law. Hope you have a wonderful weekend yourself and, it does feel so good to be back. Guest guest
Trudy, when you said that about the snow on April first I remembered when we were kids out on the plains one year all of the grown ups had a fit because we had snow on Easter. My dad used to kid around and say that the way he hid the eggs was by not coloring them so we couldn't see them in the white. Then one year it snowed on the fourth of July. Even he got a bit ticked off at that one, lol! My best friend has stayed there all these years, 31, and is getting ready to move with her new husband to southern Texas. I think she is in for a big shock this summer! a C
