I have another question for everyone. I work 2 jobs and only have 1 entire night

a week at home. The thought of going to a gym and spending even less time at

home is not appealing. Does anyone use work out videos that they would suggest.

I hate buying them and finding out after I get them home that they stink.

Hi Joyce,

I know exactly what you mean about finding time to excersize. I use

to work full time (layed off since late September) and I had a one

hour commute in each direction. Most of the time, but the time I got

home after running my small errands.. it was late.. or something

else. We discussed that once in here. If you really need to do

something you will find the time. I started getting better but it

took awhile to manage.

As for the videos.. don't know of any off hand. I belong to a gym

that is where I get my work outs.. or just running or walking around

my neighborhood.

I use workout videos. Mainly the ones I use are By Sansone

called Walk Away the Pounds. Low impact..non dancy aerobics. I like

them alot..I have 6 of them. I am also getting for christmas a set

by Tamilee Web. Getin' Fit to the Hits. Let you know what I think of

those when I try them. Some others to look into would be Kathy

.. Austin(she is chatty and some of her videos she is

very annoying) Voight. Also try going to

http://www.collagevideo.com/

There you can browse thru the videos and even see clips of them and

read the reviews of other people to try and find something your

going to like. Exercise videos aren't for everyone but I love them.

I have two kids and don't really have alot of time to spend a gym

right now so they are my main cardio.

Hello Joyce! I too am very busy and it would do me no good to get a

membership to a gym. I have 3 Taebo tapes and I love them. Granted

they are tough and after 2 months I am finally able to keep up on

some of the routines. But it is great because I get to punch and

kick out the stresses of the day. Also, he doesn't have just skinny,

toned women in his tapes so I feel right at home. Some people in

this sight use Walk Away the Pounds but I have never tried it simply

because I like Taebo. Lastly, I have tried step aerobics, Buns of

Steel and other tapes but got bored with them after a couple of

weeks. Hope this helps!
