Oh my poor sore nose I have sores in my nose......what can I use to make it better?

I've seen posts about this but didn't pay much attention.....(cause I don't get them) about what to use...I have tried hydrogen peroxide on a Q tip.....then antibiotic ointment.....I think I'm just making it worse......HELP......anybody?

Anything with Zinc in it always helped me. Diaper rash cream was always handy in my house until recently and that contains zinc. Give it a try

C., Try that new medication for cold sores. Or, use that one that you use on babie's gums

to numb them. Either will help. Bag Balm also has an anasthetic in it that can alleviate the pain.

Hi Mike,

I saw a tin of Bag Balm at Walgreens last month and almost bought it.....now I wish I had ! I'll get it next time for sure.....meantime the Desitin is helping.
