I let him help me because he knows more about computers. Well, he has a cold and a bad head ach. I should have done it myself. He clicked the wrong button without reading all the way through and Norton has permanently blocked it out. We can’t get in and can’t find a way to change Norton. They have a phone # to call on week days and it cost almost $30! I am so mad! I should have trusted myself to do it. Should I shoot him?
