I, too read the posts regarding the progress made by Langan and

and was so happy and pleased to learn of them both doing so well. I

had the same question as . I don't know if Lily is deficient in

carnatine, she's never been tested. She has no problems staying in

ketosis and her control is in a good phase right now. Would adding

carnitor be advisable? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
