My son and I hardly ever speak and I am

lucky if I see my grandson once per year. He was a very rebellious kid and he

thinks I raised him wrong. I am a Christian and he didn’t like our house

rules. He left at the age of 18 to live the way he saw fit. He ended up on

drugs, in jail and who knows whatever. He is a responsible husband and father

now and lives in another state. He say’s I raised him in a sheltered life. A

good Christian should shelter their kids from wrongdoing but he is very liberal

with his son. Nothing can hurt you like your kids.

I know it's hard that you and

your son aren't talking. I wish I could give you some good advice but I'm

not qualified. Without my going into detail let me say that my oldest son

and I haven't spoke for years. I think it's to late for us now. I'm

not sure what happened between you and your son Adam but I do know you

were very upset. Adam will get over what happened. He probably just

needs some time to get his head together. Most times that's all it takes.

Hugs....

I know how you must feel. Some things you just can't change. I hear my son is doing real good and I am very very glad to know that. I wouldn't want anything bad to happen to him. A mother never stops caring, huh. He lives far away too. This is something I just can't talk about.
