Guest guest
Have to share a joyful day - (4, bilateral HL - right worse than left, diagnosed 3 wks ago) got her first loaner hearing aid this afternoon and LIT UP, grinning ear-to-ear, bouncing around saying " wow guys this is amazing! " to the tearful joy of mom and dad and audiologist Janice. What a great start to the journey! Phew. Also sending a THANK YOU to all of you who post and talk and share your experiences. I have learned so much reading the past few weeks, and want you to know how grateful I am to have this resource, as well as the outlet to share the joys and difficult times with you. Thank you. Great weekend to all, Kara
