Guest guest
Dear Kendall, I find that strange, did you have your upper palate split. I had the same operation, uppper separated into a " Y " and am wired for 4 weeks and the minimum! I can't wait to get this spint out and get clipped. Guest guest
The reason why i didnt have my upper palate split is because I was born with a Cleft Lip and Palate. Previously, when i was a baby a doctor created a palate for me (i was born with an partial one i think). My surgeon for the jaw did not want to rip or split my upper palate because it is more delicate and less pliable than a normal palate. I hope that help you a little bit.
