Guest guest
, I noticed the same thing. Here is my 2 cents....lol One thing we need to remember is that sometimes when people type something they mean one thing and someone reads it and interprets it in a whole other way. When I see email that comes across rather negative between 2 people I choose just to delete it and go on reading all the great emails full of support and progrees and yes even frustrations. I learn from these all. Lets all try to focus on our health and our friendship and supporting one another. I'm so glad I found this list Hugs to you all Diane in Ohio

Guest guest
Hey! My name is Cheryl and I am trying to lose 40 more pounds. Don't worry, this is an awesome group but we have been having issues with one of our members taking advice the wrong way and then going nuts on everyone. ly, I don't know why she joined a support group when all she does is flip whenever someone offers great advice or an ear to listen. Please don't take any of that against you, its not and everyone here is wonderful, I wouldn't have gotten this far without them. If you want to know what is going on, read some posts from about 10 days ago till now from Kath and it will make sense why things seem kind of shaky. We are all very supportive of each other and all the new members. So, please post away and I look forward to talking to you more. Guest guest
Could be the weather and or the holidays. They seem to make everyone edgy for various reasons. Guest guest
I was just wondering similar things myself. I think the Christmas season tends to make people more sensitive, with all the stresses involved, and it is a documented time for increased depression, even suicide. I know I was over-sensitive for the first half of the day from personal worries. This time seems to put so many expectations on us, trying to buy the right presents, worrying about spending extra money, people with kids have their bonus package of worries, single people feel lousy about being single, and on and on and on. Plus all of us are worrying about the extra temptations, in addition to the regular stress of trying to lose weight. Whoo, I need to rest just from thinking about it all! Anyway, I think we're all a little more " raw " these days, but really still the warm bunch of loveable people that keep me out of the loony bin, trying to give advice and support while still struggling to keep ourselves in the saddle. Guest guest
Catalina Well said Catalina. I am starting to understand. For a minute there I thought I entered a war zone. > I was just wondering similar things myself. Guest guest
A war zone, eh??? (evil glint in eyes) Wait...no, nononono, it's too cold. Oh, not like those Alaska girls get, but it's freezing to me. I can see my breath...as it forms icicles in my lung. Catalina > > I was just wondering similar things myself. Guest guest
, Again, thanks. Sorry this is so late. I think some things were taken wrong and it just kind of snow balled but I have tried to take care of those things off list and I think, I hope everything is ok now. :-) This is for love and support and I am thrilled you are back!
