Guest guest
Anyone here ever made the Zucchini Fries? Where you take a zucchini, cut it into matchsticks and deep fry? Sounds REALLY good to me right now, with a nice open faced cheeseburger CandaceMom to na(3) and (23M)More tears are shed over answered prayers than unanswered oneshttp://members.tripod.com/Candace143/family/index.htmhttp://members.tripod.com/Candace143/index.htm UPDATED 11/2001 ( Candy's Kitchen)http://groups.yahoo.com/group/candyskitchen (email list)

Guest guest
Don't the zucchini slices get soggy? Or do they crisp up? Guest guest
The key is to slice them thinly, Vered, and they should crisp up. Guest guest
This is long & green & it says "zucchini squash." So is it zucchini, or squash? Right next to it is the "crook neck yellow squash" which I've eaten most of my life. But zucchini is new for me God bless,Jeanie*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*I have no formula but faith, no gospel but God, no creed but Christ, and no love but the Lord. Guest guest
I always thought zucchini was a kind of squash. Like spaghetti is a kind of squash and butter nut is a kind of squash and acorn is a kind of squash. But, then again, I don't eat ANY kind of squash so don't take my word for it! Guest guest
In another life time, LOL, I used to dip zucchini slices in egg and then in flour seasoned to taste and fry, yum, yum! in TN Re: Zucchini Fries Mmmm...I fry them up in slices until they are nicely browned, but not like fries, more circular slices.
