Subject: rPSC question

Hello Dr Neuberger,

We have an on-line PSC Support group, with over 1200

members, from all over the world. Our current

discussion centers on recurrence of PSC after transplant. Looking at many different studies, we

find a very large disparity in rates of recurrence. It is thought to be anywhere from 10% to

your most recent study that quotes 60%.

Could you please share with us your thoughts on recurrence, the true

rate of recurrence and if possible why such a disparity?

Thank you very much,

Barb Henshaw PSC-Support group member.

Yantis, Texas
