OMG I have always hated my arms. They are starting to look good!

Like even so much that I might just get a sleevelss dress for this

wedding. Something like spagettie straps or the like!!! I have a

dress that I wore to my hubby's last Marine Corp Ball. It has the

spagettie straps but it also has one of them really short jackets

that got over it(Breast lenght) just for show not for warmth or

anything. I put that on today just to see what it looked like. I

wore the jacket with it when i wore it before but now I can honestly

say I would wear it without it. It is a little to formal for this

wedding I think so it's off to the Sale at Kohls tomarrow to find

something less dressy :) I am actually kinda excited!!!

Way to go!!! I just noticed lately that my arms are getting flabby!

What kind of things did you do to tone them. I do have weights that

are a few pounds. I saw some exercises in a magazine and I will

probably start them. Its scary when you flabby arms are still

swining and your not moving your arms!! LOL Oh so much to work on!!!

Thanks! I was lifting free weights but I have backed off because I

wanted to really get into pilates and I just didn't have time for

weights cardio and pilates. So over the last few months it has been

a combination at some point of those three things. I also am using

Walk Away teh Pounds for Cardio and I just got the abs set a few

weeks ago that has this belt with stretchi resistance bands on it. I

really think the change in my arms might be from that since Iuse

that 5-6 days a week.

Don't get me wrong I still go some bat wings going on lol. But

overall my arms have alwasy been the same size from shoulder to

elbow no defintion at all and for the first time they don't look

like that which is exciting!!
