oh my goodness i drank water today. just water. woohoo. only got in

about 40 0z but that's much better than the 8 i've been averaging.

now i've just got to keep it up and get off this sweetness thing.

i've been drinking crystal light, and orage soda (which i know is not

good). but now i've got to keep it up again. food has been pretty

easy for me, and exercise too, but water always my downfall in

winter. well i didn't go to gym today but my mom and i walked. i

wasn't feel up to much else. i felt like i was fighting something

and wanted to walk for fresh air. and sure enough i am fighting

something again. goodness i can't wait untill all this flu bug and

colds go away.

That is great with the water thing... send some advice my way because

water is not my thing. I know it is important around weigh loss but I can't

seem to get it... can you believe I only had 9oz(s) last week. Well I guess you

can say that is good for me.

usually i am great with ideas but i'm having problems right now with

my ideas because when it's cold i don't drink as much. but normally

i take a water bottle everywhere. i drink at least 1/2 glass before

each meal and when i get up from bed. that's just a little bit of

ideas. -

I know there are a gazillion different opinions on the subject, but

weight watchers does allow half of your daily water intake to be in

non-caffeinated forms, which would allow a couple hot cups of herbal

tea (yum!!! I keep a library of teas on hand) as part of your total.

And there's always the option to try a squinch of lemon or lime in

your water to offset the taste.

that is the best part!! Where else can you find something that fills

you up with nothing in it? lol I have a buddie that I met on here,

and we are drinking at least 2 liters of water a day. then every

night we report back to each other on Yahoo Messenger.

Seriously, if you have one goal in life...drink more water. It does

a body good!
