Guest guest
Hi, I was wondering if anyone had ordered a Sleep Safe Bed (sleepsafebed.com) for their child. Or has anyone purchased a different style bed? is quickly running out of room in her crib and I'm looking for other options. I can't put her on a mattress on the floor as she can wiggle all over the place and could easily get into trouble. Thanks, Heidi, future occupational therapist and single mom to (IS, Severely/Multiply Impaired, Ketokid since 12/03) and twin brother, (4 years), and big sis Madison (6). Guest guest
Heidi, we don't have a sleepsafe bed, but a vail bed. ( www.vailbed.com ) It is a completely enclosed bed, like it has a playpen on top. We got it for our now 6yo brain injured son and let me tell you, it has been a Godsend. When Kalob came home from the hospital we were told to put him on a mattress on the floor, he was still in a comatose state at the time and barely learning to sit up. Now he uses his bed like a jungle gym! I couldn't imagine if we didn't have it, we used to sleep on the floor in the living room with him. Just check it out and no matter what you decide it is worth a look right? Good luck!

He had been sleeping with us for 5 years....this is a LIFE SAVER! It's very similiar to a vail bed. Highly recommend it! Nan
