Guest guest
Ok ya'll.... I think I have this figured out!! I bought some acidophilus from Kirkman's lab. I took a VERY minute amount today. I opened the capsule and sprinkled just a tiny bit on my food. Am I right that all probiotics contain acid? I think this is what is not agreeing with me. I don't think it's die off or anything else. The lining of my stomach is major weak, and I can't tolerate anything that is even a tiny bit acidic. I just didn't see the connection between the probiotics and the acid. SO.....my question is, is there ANY way to build up my stomach lining? Supplements, food, anything?? Anybody else have this problem? The reaction I had today is the same as when I eat the yogurt. So if I can figure a way to solve this lining problem, I could possibly eat the yogurt. Which would be wooooooooonderful!!! Thanks for any insight,
