Guest guest
This must be a cultural thing. Why are these (or other) pies 'impossible' ? Guest guest
Actually is a marketing thing by Bisquick baking Mix. The pies make their own crust...hence the 'impossible' name. There are at least 2 dozen or more for them CandaceMom to na(3) and (23M)"Each day of our lives we make deposits inthe memory banks of our children." ~ R. Guest guest
Candace I just made the cheeseburger I.Pie, and it is great! Like you I thought it needed more zip so I made another one for tomorrow... I used taco seasoned meat and toped it with sour cream and cheese. Just had a taste and it was really good! I also learned that it fits great in the deep dish baker from Pampered Chef. Now the next question is... Can that same topping be used on any type of filling? I was thinking on the line of a quiche. ===== Kathy __________________________________________________

Guest guest
Well, see you made the impossible Taco pie instead!!! The topping will not work for a quiche. Since it will be I will of the quiche I can't imagine it would taste too good. However there are recipes for Impossible Quiche...I'll post it for you CandaceMom to na(3) and (23M)More tears are shed over answered prayers than unanswered oneshttp://members.tripod.com/Candace143/family/index.htmhttp://members.tripod.com/Candace143/index.htm UPDATED 11/2001 ( Candy's Kitchen)http://groups.yahoo.com/group/candyskitchen (email list)
