Guest guest
Wow, Rose, I'm so sorry that you had to go through that... AND your neighbor. Of course, no offense, but I'm a lot more sorry that the lizard had to go through that. Poor baby... He was large, right, like yours? What the hell is her lizard doing outside, hangin' out in your birdbath in the middle of winter?? That part makes me angry. Sorely, surely if we put out heads together, we can figure out a way to make this a list topic. Peace, TnKC << no he wasn't mine, had to take a second look and it was green, mine is brown...anyways my sweet neighbour came out, >>
Guest guest
Rose: As critter lovers, Ed and are curious about the relationship you can have with a lizard. Are they affectionate? Also, what kind of lizard is it? Thanks. E&E
Guest guest
We need to be able to snuggle. We want mushy pets. We also need a larger bed because ours is very crowded. One cat actually pushes us around at night. Another simply has to sleep in my arm like a baby. And he steals kisses while I'm asleep. I have to admit that I find the large Monitor Lizards fascinating. I visit one at a local pet store. BTW, I grew up with monkeys! -E
Guest guest
no he wasn't mine, had to take a second look and it was green, mine is brown...anyways my sweet neighbour came out, and we had to get some tools and chop and damn thing and the ice outta my bird bath YUK...the ground was to frozen for a proper burial, so it went out to the curb with the rest of the garbage...not something i'd like to do over again --- roguekc@... wrote: > Dear Rose, > Wow, I'm really sorry to hear that... > I hope he wasn't one of yours?? > TnKC > > In a message dated 1/1/02 10:15:35 AM, > toosweettocare@... writes: > > << its a lizard...and yesterday i went out to the > backyard and found a bigger one dead and frozen in > my > birdbath yuk >> > > __________________________________________________

Guest guest
Dear E! I bought my daughter an Iguana for Xmas and it is the craziest little creature you ever saw! It will rebound off of walls and windows when it jumps, eats out of your hand like a dog, and licks my daughters face. I never thought a reptile would be a good pet, but she sure does like it! Guest guest
really not that much of a relationship, its not like an eguana...can't remember the type, its a brown desert lizard...you can take him out of his tank, but you have to hold him to you chest, makes him feel safe and you can rub his head and cheaks like a cat, he likes that...other wise he's just an expensive pain...stuff to put in his tank, meal worms or crickets, its not like you can keep a months supply around, so its constantly going to a special pet store and i don't drive...what a pain...got him from a neibour that was moving outta the city --- esquare726@... wrote: > Rose: > > As critter lovers, Ed and are curious about the > relationship you can have > with a lizard.
