Guest guest
What is the web address of Whole Life??? thx. . Bill Barber torontobarber@...> wrote:Jaana, That's not a problem. The WHO allows down to about .6 for protein. I used .75 as a compromise. You are probably okay with .71. What you haven't said is the total calories per day which is the most important number of all. My daughter was on 880 calories per day and getting 18.4 gm of protein and 3.6 gm of carbohydrate per day at a 4:1 ratio (if I didn't make a mistake). The ratio whether 4:1 or 3:1 is a simplification anyway to permit calculations. What you have to look at is weight gain or loss and ketones in the urine, also signs of too high ketones. The most important things are to read Dr. Freeman's book at least 5 times cover to cover and keep it in you bag at all times; also you will need a very good vitamin and mineral supplement. We use Wholelife in California and they ship to Canada. You may be able to get them to ship to you in Finland if you can't find anything suitable there. It should be a good game on Tuesday!
