Ketogenic Cookbook

Hi, I've been trying to find the Ketogenic Cookbook, and several

places have told me that it is no longer available. Does anyone know

if you can still get one, and is it a valuable resourse to have.

I've bought ketogenic cookbook at Sick kids in Toronto a couple of

month ago for 15 Canadian $$.I've also seen it at Amason.com for 99

$ US .It is sure does not worth 99 $ US.There are some good ideas

there though

I think the book is a little overrated, very adult sounding food with lots

of prep work, I think sometimes easy kid friendly food is what will work

best. We found it at the library, we had them order it in for us. Nothing

in there that isn't already known. good ideas for flavouring butter though.

and use of herbs as flavourings.

Thanks, we were just trying to get some new meal ideas. We are
