I HAVE MISSED MANY OF YOU WITH ALL THE TRAVELING

, HOLIDAYS, AND JUST PLAIN OLE FASHION " busy " .

It is very nice to get back to the ole familiar

places and folks, even tho I REALLY DID HAVE A

GREAT HOLIDAY.......with my family and many

friends.The year ahead looks bright for the most

part.....we live each DAY FOR THAT DAY and pray

all goes well...

So much has happened. I do hope all will

understand if I don't response to a post from you

here. I will try .some I have posted to separately

as well.

KIM P....Your stories have really added much to

mine and I am sure everyone's holiday reading. you

and ERMA Brombreck should have co-written her

books. :):)Do you think we REALLY believe these

things could POSSIBLY have happened to

you???????????????

hahaha YES....YES,,,,I KNOW THEY COULD . You are

too funny. Bless you , God gave you such a gift ,

especially to pass it all on to us.not leaving out

one giggle .Thanks . I do REALLY have you in my

prayers for a good year ahead................

AMBER H. (mom to Brehanna).You have allot of well

wishers and prayer makers among these lists. I

know it is so very hard to be in one hospital room

with an almost 15 month old. ------over Christmas

too!!

I sent a wee box today to her, If your not

there --I hope they send home to her. Take care &

try to remain sane:):) we know how very hard

that will be too. you'll have to send some

pictures soon...

sorry she is still in

the club...I sent card today but hope she gets to

come home soon.

GRETCHEN D....I am very pleased to her that Fan'ni

is doing better. It is the best news we can get.

At least now they can treat the gallstones and

maybe she will feel like a new person. Such a

really hard time when the tummy is always

aching.....Another great piece of news was getting

the old insurance straightened out!! GREAT. that

can really cause allot of

stress--------duh!!(understatment of the year)

CRYSTAL W. I hope you got plenty of info on

cleaning the nebs, etc. I sent mine and saw at

least a dozen more, saying pretty much the same

things. It is very much standard, but some prefer

one way to other. I really think it depends on how

many you have & how many that you use. Make it the

easiest for yourself in whatever way you do

choose. Nice to see you post. If you'll like more

CF literature or tapes , let me know your mailing

address, I'll send to you .No charge-----Maybe

the center has already given to you also. just

post me here if you want.

JEN/RON. it was sooo good to see you back on line

a bit more. I haven't read all yet , still

trying.........but ....so many......BUT , as I did

say in a response to you-How do you all manage

with so much & so many. ER

chilluns too. Your a blessed family to do all you

do. Then to go to your work place for checks to

see all your patients are being cared for

properly. GOSH GAL.............your an

angel.......I do know you & Ron have a great place

& I do hope you will share all with us. We do

learn so much on these lists from each other.

Sometimes it gets VERY busy, other times, slow.

we all know the feelings your having with such a

wee one (18months) old and finding out about CF.

It isn't easy .....yet , as time goes on, ewe all

learn so much here and it truly helps make life

easier. Such great hints and just to know about

things that MIGHT happen , not to worry to much,

etc. really does help .MOST have " been there &

done that " .

as I mentioned in previous post, tell me if you'd

like anymore info on CF & tapes, I will be happen

to send. I do however, need your mailing address.

I do know that many centers give out , but some do

not. so , Just let me know-there is no

charge.:):0

DEBBIE A.. I got that great picture of the kiddo's

..3 such beautiful gals. you should be sooooooooo

proud. As I mentioned to you, I will put into the

next issue of the INFORMER. Thanks . I also have a

great one of MADDIE too. Anyone who send them to

me , please make them small shots. That was I can

put more in newsletter. I do like to put parents

first names, age of kiddo's & city&/or state -But

will put only what you want ..Thanks for sharing

DAWN ..WELL GAL!!! It is about time you got back

to " usuns " .....:) I know you have been sooooo

busy , but......We missed you. It must be nice to

be able to make gifts. I used to do some of that ,

but am not as good about it as I was. It is a true

gift when personally made. God Bless you! It is

very nice to hear that Patti is doing well at this

time. I pray for that to continue......now you can

go clean that clutter --I don't know how you have

clutter , with ONLY 4 wee ones, under 6, how do

you have that happen---hahaha I only wish that was

all that was wrong with mine---haha. Now , you've

made me feel guilty .I guess I will have to start

my spring cleaning early . hahaha. Take care we

SARAH G.. I am holding you and that preciousALLIE

in my thoughts & prayers as you all go in for her

bronch & picc placement. I know there have been

some scary stories, but remember those were

different circumstances than this time for you

all. You will be in the best place for it and

prayerfully with the expert trained personel..I

loved the clever ways she has in not allowing you

to try to FOOL her.:) She is one tough cookie. I

know she will do well. If anything happens she

can't handle I am sure she will let them know.

Mommy will need more help that ALLIE:):):)Be

sure they give you a pill too:):) take care and

know we are all thinking about you both and

waiting to hear the " all better " post.

LINDA. thanks for all your encouraging posts to

everyone. I know it isn't easy with having4 at

home " alone " your doing great. Bless you & that

JULIE. WOW, you all over there are having a time

of it .Your not near any of the fires , are you. I

pray it stops soon. you are always so very busy.

It's wonderful how you handle so much. we all

appreciate the updates 7 smiles you extend to each

of us in your posts.

Cathy h... I am holding out prayers for your tests

on Zachary's eyes this week. it is scary but, at

least they will be able to get to the bottom of

this and help. I think when our wee ones are not

doing well /have a problem.... that we feel for

them too. I sure am looking forward to your post

that all is well soon.

KELLY --gosh, I remember waiting for our ERIN's

sweat test. I know all will turn out fine for you.

It is always better to k now so you can " get on

with it " and take care of situation, day by day. I

hold you all in my thoughts daily. will do

better soon. The zantac does help. Also , ask the

doc if perhaps PANCRECARB enzymes might help him

and he wouldn't have to take the added medication.

?? It has bicarb in it and have been know to

really help many patients. It was made by the same

developer of Pancrease....Dr Tibors...cant hurt to

ask.

LISA from PA. Nice to see your daily posts .It is

such a friendly post -----always. I agree with you

that the list are soooooooo helpful . It seems we

always have a friend here to chat with -or

cry---or bitch-or sing----share

Bev D?, I was just wondering if you had any info. pertaining to legal rights

within the school system. Designed for kids with CF. Any fought and won law

suits? Or do you happen to know where I may get such info. Or if anyone

else can help it would be appreciated.

GREAT!! It is a very nice list as well. There are

allot of the same folks but , there are some

different also. Glad your here now too:) how are

your family . ? Is it cold out there yet? Are you

Yes, CALL BETH S ...AT 1-

She is an attorney and has CF herself. There is no

charge, Leave a message for her to call you OR

whatever the message tells you. Good luck. Each

state has certain rulings and all have special

programs. All are required to give help at

home(homebound teachers) , & extra scheduling.
