I was wondering if anyone is using Echinacea on a regular basis or when there

little one is ill. If so I would like to know more about the dosages.

Thanks

Echinacea is supposed to boost the immune system. It should be used

cautiously in people with CF because the immune system tends to be overactive

due to constant underlying inflammation.

Echinacea shouldn't be used long term in anyone because it can have the

reverse desired effect (i.e., lowering the immune system).
