A friend used it to work out 's meals for me for a while. You probably would have fun with it. I was given the s Hopkins one and have really had so much fun and freedom to work out meals that are fun and interesting and are close to what the rest of us are eating. . kristansmommy skkahalma@...> wrote: Hi . I totally know what you mean about force feeding, meal time should be enjoyable and for Kristan it hasn't always been a joy and I always wonder if she just dreads seeing the spoon come towards her mouth as she has very limited experience with the solid meals. The whole point of being on this ratio is to get her ketones up and we haven't really seen much of a change, we were to try the 5:1 in early September, but we are now thinking why bother, I think we just have to decide once and for all to start weaning her off the diet. We have tried everything. The dietitian works everything out for Kristan, I have never been shown how to use a meal planner, it seems so confusing and our keto team says it is their job to just do it all for us. I have kept every recipe of all ratios she's been on, so I can go to her previous ratio which I am thinking of doing as her dietitian is off next week and if Kristan keeps this up, it's a long wait until I hear from her and I can literally feel the stress building up when it's time to feed Kristan and she probably senses it too! Thanks for your input, I just may go back to the previous ratio. I don't believe in asking for the keto team's permission if I want to go back to the previous ratio - I will just do it, most of the time we just feel that they are no help, I have mixed feelings about them. I hope is doing well. Satnam > Hi everyone. My little Kristan in the last few days has very little > interest in taking the bottle or a solid meal.
